Live Workshop with Kyle Gray

The Talk Build

Create it. Speak it. Sell it.

You bring real expertise and something to sell.
Build your next signature talk. Practice it live. Leave ready to start using it.

Over two days, you'll work alongside a small group of experts and speakers to:

  • Discover story and teaching techniques that dramatically improve sales
  • Rapidly build these techniques into a first draft of your next talk
  • Practice and master elements of your new talk through giving and receiving live feedback
  • Create a roadmap to start selling with your talk right away

You probably don't need more ideas for your talk

Most of the experts I work with have the opposite problem.

You have years of stories, frameworks, client results, opinions, and lessons you could teach. You know your work well enough to talk about it for hours.

The hard part is deciding what belongs in the talk.

What story actually matters? What does your audience need to understand before they're ready to work with you? What can you leave out without oversimplifying the work you've spent years mastering?

So the talk keeps getting pushed back.

Not because you have nothing to say. Because turning everything you know into one clear, compelling talk is a different skill than being good at what you do.

AI can build a talk quickly. The harder part is knowing what belongs in it.

AI can structure an idea, tighten a story, build an outline, and give you ten different ways to say something.

I use these tools. We're going to use them in the workshop.

But AI can only work with what you recognize as worth bringing to it.

Most experts are too close to their own material to always know what matters. The story you almost skip may be the one that makes people trust you. The idea you assume everybody knows may be the thing your audience most needs to hear.

AI can organize what you bring it.

It cannot reliably tell you what you forgot to bring.

That's why we're not going to spend two days alone with a prompt.

We'll use AI to move quickly, but we'll build in a room. You'll hear other people's stories, watch me find the pieces they almost skipped, and start recognizing the same blind spots in your own material.

The goal is not to have AI write a talk for you.

It's to use it to help us get to a strong first draft much faster, without losing the parts that make the talk yours.

What happens across the two days

Day one  ·  Thursday September 10  ·  9am to 2pm Pacific

Rapid Talk Creation

Day one is about getting the right ideas into the right structure so you can make real progress on the talk quickly.

Talk Conversion Foundations

Learn the three ideas that shape what goes into a talk that moves people toward action before you write a word of it.

Deep Work Interview

Use an AI-guided interview, with me and the room helping along the way, to pull your best stories, teaching, and ideas into a clear talk structure.

Live Talk Work

We'll work on material from the group so you can see how I decide what belongs, what needs to go deeper, and what can be left out.

I'll also show you tools you can use to start turning the talk into slides, so you can keep building, refining, or practicing however you want between the two days.

You'll leave day one with a strong first draft of your talk map and enough material underneath it to start practicing, building slides, and getting it in front of people.

Day two  ·  Friday September 11  ·  9am to 2pm Pacific

Speak It and Put It to Work

Day two is about getting the talk out of the document, hearing what happens when you actually give it, and connecting it to the offer and business behind it.

Live Practice and Feedback

Practice key parts of your talk and get direct feedback on where you sound strongest, where the room believes you, and what still needs work.

The Offer Bridge

Learn how to move from teaching into an offer without suddenly sounding like you stopped speaking and started selling.

Speaker Cash Strategy

Map how to get the talk in front of the right people and what it could be worth using the real numbers in your business.

You'll leave day two knowing what is already working, what to practice next, and how to start using the talk to create clients and revenue.

This is for you if

Who this is not for

  • You are not able to be fully present during the workshop days.
  • You're unwilling to participate or share in group activities.
  • You're expecting a complete "done for you" experience.

What changes when it works

These are clients who built their talks with me, in the work this workshop is built from.

Nima Rahmany 100%+ ROI from one talk. Made back his full investment within a month of the VIP Day.

David Perez Cold traffic webinar conversion went from 5% to 24%. Over 7 figures in additional revenue in one year.

Glen Ledwell, Co-founder of Mind Movies Broke a 10-year webinar plateau in one VIP Day. New version beat the control almost immediately, in half the time to deliver.

Charles Byrd Speaking to 7-figure audiences where direct pitching wasn't an option. Shifted his story and positioning so desire built naturally. Audiences left inspired. Business grew anyway.
